Draft — last reviewed 2026-08-09

This page is a draft, pending legal review.

Sections marked [owner/legal to complete] need input basilly's team hasn't supplied yet — the registered company entity, governing law/jurisdiction wording, and liability limits. The membership pricing and cancellation terms below are already live on the membership page and are reproduced here, not invented. This page is not indexed by search engines until legal review is done.

Using basilly

Browsing basilly's recipes and gluten-free places directory is free and does not require an account. Creating a free account lets you save items, submit places and recipes, and comment. Paid membership adds further access, described on the membership page.

Membership & billing

Paid membership is billed monthly, annually, or as a one-off lifetime payment, at the price shown at checkout. Monthly and annual memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding Lifetime is a single payment with no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; basilly does not store your full card details. Refund policy specifics — [owner/legal to complete].

Submitted content

When you submit a place, recipe, review, or comment, you confirm it's accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. basilly reviews submissions before publishing but does not independently visit every submitted venue — see how we check what's on basilly. You keep ownership of what you submit; by submitting it you give basilly permission to publish and display it on the site.

Safety information is not medical advice

Gluten-free and allergen information on basilly — including dedicated-fryer status, staff training, and product allergen labels — reflects the best information available to us at the time of publishing. Ingredients, recipes, and venue practices can change without notice. Always check with the venue or product manufacturer directly if you have coeliac disease or a serious allergy. basilly is not a substitute for medical advice.

Account suspension & acceptable use

Accounts that submit false, abusive, or spam content may be suspended. Full acceptable-use wording — [owner/legal to complete].

Liability

Liability limits and governing law/jurisdiction — [owner/legal to complete].
